Stories from Our Community

Real experiences from participants who've completed our program over the past three years.

Portrait of program participant Callum Whitfield

"The program helped me understand why I was always stressed about money, even when things were going well. I learned to recognize my anxiety patterns and developed healthier ways to think about financial security. It's been two years since I finished, and I still use the techniques daily."

Portrait of program participant Declan O'Brien

"I spent years avoiding my finances completely. The shame and overwhelm were paralyzing. Through the program, I learned that my money avoidance was actually a coping mechanism. Now I can look at my bank account without that sinking feeling in my stomach."

Portrait of program participant Sienna Hartwell

"The group sessions were incredibly valuable. Hearing that other people struggled with similar money fears made me feel less alone. I've maintained friendships with several participants, and we still check in with each other about our progress."

Portrait of program participant Kieran Blackwood

"What surprised me most was how much my childhood experiences with money were still affecting me as an adult. The program gave me tools to process those old messages and create new, healthier beliefs. My relationship with my partner has improved too."

How the Program Works

Our structured approach takes you through four distinct phases, each building on the previous one. Most participants notice shifts in their thinking within the first month, with deeper changes emerging over the full 12-month journey.
